If you're facing the LED panel on the front of the gateway, your wireless information is printed on the left-hand side.
Wireless Setup
The following is a brief guide to help you locate your wireless settings and use them to join your network wirelessly.

Wireless Key
You can find your wireless information on the side panel of your Sonic provided gateway. You will need to know the SSID (Wi-Fi network name) and Wi-Fi key to join the wireless network from any computer, tablet or mobile phone. The default system password is required to customize your settings.
Here is a label up close:
Windows Setup
- If you're using a Windows device, click on the wireless icon located in your System Tray, at the bottom right hand corner of your screen (pictured right). From the list of networks that appears, select the one that matches the Wi-Fi network name printed on the side of your modem and click Connect.
- You'll be prompted to enter a network security key. This is the as the Wi-Fi key listed on the side of your modem.
- After entering your wireless key, click Next. If you haven't entered in the correct number of characters for your Wi-Fi key, you will not be able to press Next.
- That's it! The dialog box should disappear, and the wireless icon in your system tray should now look white instead of gray to indicate that you're connected.
Apple OS X Setup
- If you're using a Mac running OS X, click the Airport icon located on the menu bar at the top right hand side of the screen (pictured right). From the drop down list that appears below the icon click the network name that matches the Wi-Fi network name printed on the side of your modem.
- You'll be prompted to enter a password. This is the Wi-Fi key listed on the side of your modem.
- After entering your wireless key, click "Join." If you haven't entered in the correct number of characters for your Wi-Fi key, you will not be able to press Next.
- That's it! The dialog box should disappear, and the Airport icon on your menu bar should now look black instead of gray to indicate that you're connected.
