How do I change my password?
Use the Change Password tool in the Member Tools.
What if I've forgotten my password?
To reset a password on a primary account, use the password reset tool.
To reset your password using our automated system you will need the following:
- Your username.
- Your billing address Zip Code.
- The credit card number used to pay for your service.
- To be able to receive a call on one of the numbers listed on your account.
