Select Downloads at the bottom of the page.
Select the On your computer option on the left.
- Select Sonic Communicator on the left.
- Select Windows 7 / Windows 8 / Windows 10.
*This should also work on Windows 11.

Before running the downloaded installer, you must quit the application.
- Select the icon in the top-left corner of the page.
- Select Quit from the dropdown menu.

Run the downloaded installer and follow the prompts to install the Sonic Desktop Communicator app.
Once the installer finishes, you should be on the newest version.

- Select About from the dropdown menu.

In the About window, you can confirm that you are on the latest version.
After this one-time manual update, automatic updates should work normally again.
