These are star codes unique to the Fiber and IP Broadband VoIP platforms, and offer additional options not present on standard copper-based landline services.

Automatic Callback

• Automatic Callback (*66 to enable, *86 to disable)

Call Forwarding

• (pictured above) Call Forwarding (Unconditional): *72 to turn on, *73 to turn off

• (pictured above) Call Forwarding If No Answer: *92 to turn on, *93 to turn off
• (pictured above) Call Forwarding On Busy (This assumes you have Call Waiting Disabled, otherwise this engages only after 2 calls are active): *90 to turn on, *91 to turn off

International Calling
